Duties
and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:

Process adjustments to
maintain quality
- Work with injection molding
machines, secondary equipment and tooling to reduce downtime and
improve efficiency
- Maintain and improve quality
- Ability to work with Quality
personnel, Shift Supervisor and Production Manager
- Perform initial startup part
verification and qualification
- Record and validate process and
production changes
- Perform startups and shutdowns
- Perform routine maintenance on
molding machines
- Ensure that production setups are
clean and organized
- Ability to work up to 10 hours or
other shifts on occasion
- Ability to continuously lift
and/or move up to 35 lbs, and 50 lbs periodically

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Education
& Experience Requirements

High
school diploma or equivalent

3
years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Knowledge
of TS16949/ISO 9000 is an asset
